According to consumer protection law and trading rules, the consumer has the right to make a claim in the following cases: deficiencies found, defects in the goods, inconsistency with the declared size, color, price or the trademark. Out of them, the client has no right to refuse to receive and pay the goods he has ordered. Otherwise, he / she owes the cost of the delivery and return of the goods.
The claim is made within seven days after the purchase of the goods.
When making a claim, the consumer may claim:
Returning the product and refunding the amount paid by the user
Vitality club will pay the amount (not including transport) no later than 30 business days from the date the consumer made the claim, by postal order or by bank transfer (in this case you need to specify a bank, IBAN, BIC, Account Holder).
Replace the merchandise with a new one
Vitality Club replaces the goods within 7 days from the date of delivery, according to Art. 55, para. 1 of the CPA, or refund the amount paid if the product is prematurely exhausted.
Repayment, replacement of the product or refund of the amount paid by the consumer shall be made only if the product or products are returned to unused original packaging and unused condition with labels left in their place.
The shipping costs for the return of goods are at the expense of the customer.
